To start, I am looking for 1 roommate to move in to this El Cerrito 2 bed 2 bath in May! You will only have to furnish your bedroom and bathroom! Everything else will be furnished and stocked just like the photos! This is a lovely El Cerrito double with amazing amenities and community! There are stainless steel appliances, 9ft ceilings, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, force air heating, hard wood floors, bathtubs, a private balcony, a free community gym, package lockers and mailboxes, multiple courtyards on the property, key pad and lock gated community, private bathrooms (2 total), private bedrooms (2 total), a large living room with coat closet, and doorbell with porch lights. The property is a 1 min walk from the Ohlone greenway which is great for bikers and runners! 3 min, 7 min and 5 min walk to AC transit bus stops, 15 min walk in either direction to the El Cerrito plaza Bart, or Del Norte Bart ( or ~6 min bus) and right on San Pablo! 20 minute walk to the El Cerrito Plaza Trader Joes, Lucky, CVS, Ross, Barnes and Noble and Farmers Market! There is also a CVS and Marshalls a 5 min walk away. The apartment is about 20-30 min public transport to The UC Berkeley campus or a 10-15 minute drive depending on weather and time of day. The area is extremely safe, the property is right next to the El Cerrito DMV, Town hall, Police department and Fire department. The apartment is also .3 mi in every direction from a school or library, so the area is very family and community oriented. There is also a friendly community of stray cats that the complex loves to feed and pet! The property is on the Albany/ El Cerrito boarder, so it is about a 7 min drive to the Plant Gene Expression Center (PGEC) and Albany Village shopping center. Pets are negotiable, I love animals but am allergic to dogs , so cats are just fine or specific hypoallergenic dog
