4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2200sq. ft. house. You get two private rooms and full private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be used for storage, office space, etc. Access to all utilities and wifi. Quiet house, I almost never have visitors and stay to myself. This is not a party house. I work the usual mon-fri on the navy base. I have 2 friendly dogs. A backyard with doggie door and privacy fence. Inside 2 car garage. You get half the fridge and pantry for yourself. If you want some cupboards in the kitchen, I can easily accommodate that too. My place is your place while we are here. I am a 42 male, and I am NOT looking for a relationship.

I like to keep the house fairly clean. I just want a good, honest person who shows some consideration, pays rent on time and cleans up after themselves. I rarely have guests, but I don’t mind if you do. If you have someone sleep over, please check with me first, but I usually have no issues with that. If you want to play your music or hang out in the living room all day, that doesn’t bother me one bit. You will likely never see me. I pretty much stay in my room. I only want 1 roommate, so the house will not feel crowded. I’m OK if you have a house trained dog. I just enjoy a serene environment to escape to from stressful days. This place will be that for you as well.
