I do have 1 room available in a house! Monthly rent $1000 for the largest room. Contract to sign with move date on April 1/2026. Very comfy room in a luxurious nonsmoking house in Ventura,Ca. by Gov.Center, on Victoria Bvd. and Thille. Location is really nice, walking distance from Wells Fargo Bank,Vons Plaza on Telephone Rd.and Victoria Bvd.(large intersection.,with Chevron gas station in the corner).The house has a premium driveway located in upscale neighborhood in a quiet cul de sac with guest parking. I always seek professional, respectful,clean,employed,tenants ! Not using drugs, smoking,alcohol in moderation. Rent is for $ 1000 largest room, utilities included, (although I encourage my tenants to save electricity and water) The room is furnished with a full bed and good size closet. $ 900 is required for deposit, ( in 2 payments) Jaccuzi/Sunroom enclosed with glass walls , offers a a stunning view of backyard flowers , fountains , comfy beautiful seating in rays of sunshine. Bathroom is spacious, ; has 2 sinks , tub, shower, toilet. There is a 1/2 bathroom if the tenant wants his own sink and toilet, so only shower is for share! Room is available for ladies and gents, no couple! Utilities means also access to soft water system in the whole house for shower and laundry room. High speed Internet is also included. Kitchen provides refrigerator/freezer,microwave, stove. The room for rent have 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. So only shower is to share! The house has a great location in a very quiet cul de sac provided with guest parking, walking distance from shopping centers,Kohl’s, Barnes&Noble,Banks, Parks, trails , Ventura College,Trader Joe’s, La Fitness! Only few minutes a way from 101 freeway and 126 highway on Victoria Bvd. Must take a look!
