Heather's room

Welcome to the 3rd floor of my townhome, a unique rental that is more than just a room. You get 500 sq ft of fully furnished private living area, bedroom, walk-in closet, and 1/2 bath. Space includes a microwave, mini fridge, and new 43“ Smart TV. All furnishings are brand new and include a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstand, couch, coffee table, entertainment stand, desk with chair, and a shelf. There is a large open staircase that makes the room feel much larger. The 3rd floor has its own thermostat too. A private full bath and laundry are on the 2nd floor. All shared common areas are on the 1st floor as well as another full bath. All utilities, wifi, and every other week housekeeping are included. The entire townhome is over 3000 sq ft.

I’m a busy professional, small business owner, and single mom. Kiddo is 7 years old and he’s at the house 50% of the time. We also have a 2 year old french bulldog and 2 indoor cats that are super friendly. I split my time between working from home and my nearby business office.
