Apartment complex has a 24/7 fitness room, pool, lounge area and a trail that’s right across (walking distance) from the apartment. Apartment complex has two levels and you will be on the second floor. Very quiet area and 12 minutes away from downtown Roswell. Close by grocery stores such as Publix and gyms like L.A. Fitness and Planet Fitness.

Hello! I am currently in the process of moving in with my partner. I am looking for a girly interested in transferring or subletting the apartment for the remainder of the lease. The area and apartment is great and pretty quiet. My roommate (the individual you would be living with) is 25, down to earth, welcoming and a plant mom! We don’t require a background and credit check but the apartment complex does. Need to make 2x rent and be able to provide proof of income via pay stubs or bank statements. If there’s anything I missed that you would like to know, don’t hesitate to reach out. Move in would be the first of May. Lease ends November 28, 2023. Just one female roommate.
