-This is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and ENM folks. -Available as soon as we agree upon. -Located one long block north of the new FX2-Division line and close to the Blue line. -The house was built in 1979, so has double pane windows, insulation, central heat / AC and a dishwasher. It does well during wildfire season. I recently invested in HEPA filters to help with air quality during wildfire season and COVID. -The house is located on a safe private drive, so does not get any street traffic. -Some storage space is available in the garage and house. There is a full freezer available in the garage, as well as the washer and dryer. -The yard, while small, was professionally landscaped some years ago and blooms beautiful colors and scents throughout the year. -One opinionated 15-year-old indoor cat lives here. -Your 10x11 room has a view out to the best part of the landscaped yard. It has a large east facing window. -I have a queen box spring and bed frame available for your use, as well as a nightstand, if you wish. -You would get the hall bathroom for yourself, which has a tub/shower combo, a linen closet, and a sizeable vanity. And – the best part – a squatty potty! 😁 -There is an office space you can use between the living room and kitchen. You are welcome to use the desk there or bring your own. Or, you can rent out the third bedroom as your own space for an additional fee. I’m flexible.
