Kyle Marden's room

Fully furnished apartment (room isn’t), very close to downtown Chico, very close to bidwell, room is on the shady side of the house (nice during warm season), on site laundry, guaranteed parking spot (uncovered), internet/water/trash included with rent. We will split PG&E 50/50.

I’m a 26 year old male, focused on work and fitness. I’m not a neat freak but prefer a roommate who will pitch in to keep the living space tidy. Music is played often (not loud). No partying (downtown is close enough.
