Fully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in La Jolla in a private seaside community by Mount Soledad
The home is perched on the edge of a cliff and nestled into the hills of La Jolla, w/ unbelievable 270 panoramic ocean views that are absolutely jaw-dropping.
There are expansive views of the coastline from anywhere you look, both inside & outside the home.
The house overlooks La Jolla Shores Beach & the Pier, and you can see all the way down to the ocean cliffs of Gliderport, Torrey Pines & The Cove
While the pictures I uploaded are great, they really don’t do this place any justice compared to what it’s like to actually experience it live in person (especially when you’re standing out on the edge of the cliff and overlooking the vista and coastline)
[Additional Details About The House]:
The house itself is 3 floors and has 2 large living rooms on 2 separate floors with vaulted ceilings and their own dedicated fireplace (both living rooms have ocean-views that you can see right from the couch)
There’s also a large kitchen that has epic ocean views from anywhere you look (even from the sink & dishwasher!)
We also have a beautiful dining room overlooking the ocean w/ a glass dining table that comfortably seats 8 people (and can expand to 10+ if needed)
My favorite part of the house (aside from the view) is the giant outdoor patio w/ over 2,400+ sq ft of outdoor living space.
This includes:
a large 1,600 sq ft deck with glass railings
a large 800 sq ft grass yard on the other side of the house with a big & luxurious hotel-style daybed and 2 large egg-swings you can swing on while enjoying a cup of coffee/tea & overlooking the view
Both outdoor spaces have large seating areas, including multiple U-shaped patio sets and daybeds that can seat 20+ people.
There’s also a hammock, grill, & 2 outdoor fireplaces (one is a gas fire pit and the other is a wooden fire pit thats great for bonfires)
I also have a private hot tub overlooking the ocean
Plus, a large wooden deck w/ an outdoor shower right next to it if you enjoy showering outside or under the sun/stars
The hot tub is a premium 7 person hot tub that’s 240V w/ 40+ massage jets, LED lights, waterfall & ozone filter system. I went all out with it.
We also have access to a community clubhouse with a sauna, pool & hot tub. It’s very private as well and hardly ever used by the neighbors so you’ll probably be the only one there most of the time if you go.
The house itself is located on the corner of the street and there are no houses around us so we have a lot of privacy and parking
Because the house is on the end of the street, the views are also completely unobstructed and will never be interfered with by any construction or new homes
[Details About The Lease]:
Tenant must be willing to submit an application to the landlord and do a full background/credit check prior to being approved to move-in.
Tenant must also sign a rental agreement and pay first months rent, last months rent and security deposit prior to move-in
The security deposit will be a bit more than the cost of one months’ rent is because the house and all the rooms are fully furnished. So there will be an extra amount charged in the event that something were to happen to damage the property, either inside or outside.

Right now, I’m looking for someone who wants to be here for the remainder of the current lease term which is 12+ months
However, I can also do a standard 12 month lease, 9 month lease or even 6 month lease.
My ideal fit would be someone who is looking for something longer than just 6 months or even 12 months..
Most of my past roommates lived here for 2-3 years (some even longer) so I greatly prefer someone who’s looking for a solid long term home vs moving in and out every year
My past roommates loved the place so much they didn’t want to leave here until they decided it was time for them to leave San Diego entirely (which is what happened recently) and so here we are now
My ideal long-term fit is someone who wants a beautiful home that they can truly ground and feel at home in (as opposed to jumping around and rotating places every year)
However, I’m also open to someone who’s just looking for a standard year long lease
My ideal fit would be someone who’s looking for more than just a year though.
That said, I’m also open to doing a 6 or 9 month lease, I’m just going to give preference to those looking for longer.
