Rent/deposit is not set in stone yet as we are looking ahead for may/june time. We’re a couple looking to rent a house with 3 bedrooms, one for us, one for our office, and one for another roommate! We’re open to one or two people to share the 3rd room, it’d be entirely a private space, and we’d share utilities 3 ways. We are looking in Temecula only, Paloma del sol would be neat but not a must.

We keep clean shared spaces and have furniture for the dinning room/living room/etc. We have 2 very chill cats that you are welcome to chill with sometimes or close out of your room. I work remote 100% so am in my office/home most week days 8-4, my partner is hybrid/remote, in the office tues, wed, and every other thurs. We play video games and are easy going and strong communicators! Would only want to make the experience of sharing a house a non-stressful, easy to share thoughts environment.
