Location is between Venice Blvd & Washington Blvd on Abbot Kinney Blvd- walking distance to a lot of the best restaurants/bars, the beach, Erehwon, Costco, grocery stores (pavilions, trader joes, sprouts), etc! The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer, central air, and small balcony.
