I currently live on the 5th floor of a 6-level apartment building. Twin Lake Towers is property name. I’m in a 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath unit. I occupy the main bedroom with private half-bath, but now that my roommate moved out there’s an empty bedroom. Features: concrete balcony, hardwood floors throughout, dishwasher and appliances. Laundry isn’t in-unit, but it is on each floor and there’s trash chutes on each floor too. There’s a pool and gym connected to the leasing office which is included in rent. (It’s not connected to the same building though leasing is separate from all the Towers/Buildings.) I’m going to add pictures so if you see this listing please favorite and circle back!

Hi! I’m 28, Black, single and pet-free. I love to cook and watch anime/movies. I am SUPER clean (at least in the common areas lol) and would like someone who is similar! I can’t stand bugs, so I do not play about cleanliness of the kitchen at all or food being left out uncovered. Aside from that I’m pretty chill, just keep any clutter contained to your room and l’ll do the same. I am allergic to cats and dogs, hard no on cats. (For dogs, I’m willing to pop Benadryl on a daily basis if you’ll let me pet & love them.) 😂 But no pets at all is preferred! I get along with most ppl so idc if you’re younger, older, guy, girl, both, or neither, if you’re clean and ready to move message me!

My former roommate moved in with her s/o. I was planning to just leave at the end of our lease, but I may be able to stay if I find a roommate in time. I have to find a new roommate or move out before the March 17th. The empty bedroom is 11x12 ft. The main bath is technically shared but it would mostly be yours, shower is only area I would use as needed. Rent for the unit I’m in is going up to $1657, with parking ($40) it’s $1697, my half is $897 since I have the bigger space, yours would be 800. Please ignore any mess you see, my former roomie still has some stuff here and the photos are last minute, the bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned fully before anyone moves in!

Phone screening or face-time required before I will show/tour the unit for my safety. If no one responds to this before 3/16/23 I’m taking it down bc I’ll be scrambling to move out. 🥲
