Fully furnished room for single occupant only. 1 full size bed, brand new Gel Bamboo Charcoal Memory Foam Mattress (Cooling Sleep & Pressure Relief) Brand new cotton sheets, large chest with lots of drawers. closet with velvet hangers, internet TV ready for streaming, USB + C charging outlet, ceiling fan and sound proof wall elements. Enough space to add a desk. You will have your own private bathroom. Brand new washer/dryer. Plenty of designated space in the fridge and kitchen cabinet.

All utilities/fast speed Internet are included. Move in date is flexible and convenient month-to-month contract tenancy; so short/long term OK. There aren’t any pets in the house but cats are ok if you have one, No couples, No parties, No children and No Dogs allowed. I hardly ever have any visitors.

The house has a spacious backyard with precious trees. There is a mini garden too. it’s very close to the beautiful WinterSpngs country club neighborhood. If you like outdoors, love running/bike riding… this is the place. Bedroom is in a nicely maintained house in Winter Springs but across the street is Oviedo already. Super quiet and safe neighborhood and also very close to fresh market and nice restaurants. House is located in between Tuscawilla and Hwy 417. 3 min to Oviedo Mall, 13 min to UCF (no tolls), 15 min to SFB, 18 min to downtown Orlando (tolls) and Rollins college.
