I have 1 room for rent in a 3 bedroom house and 1 bathroom. The room is rented at the moment. Im hoping to have it ready by May 1st. Rent is $570, bills arent included. Bills are split by number of adults. Theres all males at this home so preferably i am looking for another male. No smoking inside home. my dad and buddy will be living in the house. Its 3 beds and 1 bath. They pretty much keep to themselves and stay in thier rooms.
