This is a brand new pool house with solar panels and filter alkaline water. Very modern and fully furnished. Very good neighbor and new community. This is a 4 bedroom home. Renting 2 rooms sharing 1 bathroom. Rooms are all furnished. There will be 4 of us living in the world house and no pets.

I am a 52 year old lady. I am mostly never home I work early and come home late. I am a very modern down to earth human being. Very real and neat person. I respect and I expect the same. No drama no issue. We are looking for 2 more roomies hope we find them.
