😀 2023 completely remodeled. Beautiful ceramic tile that looks like wood 🪵. Private entrance, private room, New private bathroom, New private closet, and parking in the street. The kitchenette, will include mini-fridge, Air Fryer and microwave, fire extinguisher, ( still have space to add your own toaster oven , coffee machine or a small electric stove).

Will provide Internet 🛜 acces but you need to bring your own Router or you can connect directly your smartTV or Computer/Laptop to the internet.

You will received natural light from two windows and beutiful view to the mountains . The room has a AC and heater vent as well. It also comes with a fan light.

In only 5 min walking you will be able to enjoy the mountains and the hiking experience. Very nice and quiet area. In the picture I am hiking with my family at the sunset 🌅.

You have 2 Postal Offices about 10 min from the property and we ask to have a POBox for all letters and packages 📦.

We have many coin laundry’s and one of them is only 4 min away by driving from the property and plenty of restaurants.

Close to main Hwy 60, 91, 15 . The house is in the County of Riverside, City of La Sierra Hills.

The last person living there didn’t smoke. No weapons, no drugs, no drama please.

We are a very devoted Christian Catholic family.

We want you to feel the most private you can be. You will have your own entrance with a nice view to the mountains 🏔️.

Is a very quiet neighborhood. Is not gated.

No overnight stay of friends please.🙏🏼
