Hello! Looking for a nice home and neighborhood with a great roommate? This is it! I am near Rancho Penasquitos’ beautiful open space if you like to walk, hike or mtn bike. You will have your own room, bathroom with shower and tub (occasional family or friend stays over to use the bathroom). My home is 3 bedrooms with two and half baths, beautiful backyard for bbq, fire pit and hot tub. Share the kitchen, loft and living room area. No pets please. Washer and dryer in garage.
