Hey everyone! My roommates and I are searching for a 4th person to fill a spot in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. We use the 5th bedroom as a guest room/storage. The room has a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom w/double sink vanity area. The room is unfurnished. A gated parking spot is included. -Rent is $1350 (not including utilities). Utilities average to about $70/ month each. -In unit washer and dryer. The pictures below show the kitchen/living room area and the room as it currently is (painted a coral pink with newly installed carpet- our landlord lets us paint our own rooms so feel free to repaint yours if you want a diff color). The last picture (with two beds) is an old photo of the room for a size reference.
We’re all in our mid to late 20s and we’d love to live with another woman in that age range. We are searching for someone who wants to stay at least a year.
