Reggie's room

Single room for rent with shared bathroom located in the Tortosa subdivision in Maricopa. Utilities are included with rent, street or driveway parking included, no garage parking. The room is furnished with a bed, small dresser, lamp, and extra drawers under the bed. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and backyard. All utilities are included along with wifi.

I am currently living alone, and planning on renting out 2 bedrooms in my house. The bedrooms are directly across from each other with a shared bathroom. I’m quiet and at work most of the time. I have a cat but it’s in my room most of the time as well.
