Hey everyone! My roommates and I are searching for a 4th person to fill a spot in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. We use the 5th bedroom as a guest room/storage. The room has two closets and a bathroom shared with one other person. The room is unfurnished (but can come furnished if desired. -Rent is $875 (not including utilities). Utilities average to about $70/ month each. -In unit washer and dryer. Central AC/heat -Move in April 13th (open to later in April/early May) -Located in Mid-city (90019) -LGBTQ+ friendly -No pets -Deposit, credit check, and proof of income required
