Hey all!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease by the end of this month!
This is a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment and the lease is for 1 bedroom/bathroom only. There are 3 other females that live here and they are very quiet, respectful, and laid back! In this room you get a good sized room that is fully furnished with your own bathroom and walk-in closet. The commons area is also fully furnished and the apartment has in unit washer and dryer!
The apartment complex has many amenities including a computer lab, study rooms, 24/7 fitness center, movie theater, gaming room, resort style pool, TV, pool tables, and even a dog park!
Rent is $750 a month plus utilities and insurance.
I have loved living at onshore but unfortunately have to move back to my home state asap. Please message me with any questions!
About the roomies
There are 3 other girls that live here and they are so sweet, very laid back, and respectful! 2 of them have severe allergies to pets so no pets allowed.
