Covered parking spot optional for additional $100/mo. Pool, Gym, workout center on-site. WiFi business speed, bills included in $1350 but we get Ocean breeze & conserve electricity so add-on is optional if you need AC at night for high electric use. Females preferred. We do like to cook dinner on Sunday, go to the beach, & have movie & pajamas days at least once a month. We keep a tidy house Sunday is cleaning & chores. We enjoy privacy and respect yours -the key is good communication about your needs & asking for what you need. We are social and friendly but have had an Au Pair & roomies in the past so the kids already know quiet hours start at 8pm & their bedtime is 8:30 so adults have their own time. Kids will be kids but we observe traditional manners and I’m told by others they are well behaved. My mornings start between 4am-6am but schedule varies - usually out of the house by 7:45am to get kids off to school. I’m a coffee drinker We eat meat and have no allergies but have accommodated nut allergies etc in the past. Cannabis friendly but can not have it around the kids or in the house. Kid friendly neighborhood. Ideal roommate would be a single mom with kids. This is blue ribbon school district.
