Single unfinshed room with ur own shower and tub bathroom in a quiet apartment complex. Complex is newly built in janesville. Private entrance on first floor. centrally located to shopping, bus, parks, interstate etc. you dont need to provide a background check u will be screened by the property manager who will need to approve you. I have a 2 y/o goldendoodle, only accepting 1 other dog as a pet and they will need to get along. Breed has to be able to be insured. if you have a pet, security deposit will only be $300 (not a separate $300) and $20 monthly pet fee. All utilities are included along with internet. Non smoking

I’m a traveling professional; my dog does travel with me. When im home it will be for brief periods. I enjoy my space, no drama, partying. I do enjoy going out socially i may have late nights out when im home. I am open to split placement with a single child.
