Hi, this is a month to month summer room for rent for a student, April 2024 to July 2024. Beautiful, clean, large home with a huge backyard, TV room, dinning room, laundry room, your own parking spot, one mile from TTU campus. Two busy, working, male students live here in a three bedroom. Very nice, new carpet, blinds and a large closet. Roomates are rarely home and respectful.
About the roomies
Both full time students, working full time over the summer, prefer another roomate student. Clean, easy going. House, besides your room is fully furnished. 65 inch TV in main room with huge recliner sofa. Basketball hoop and grill in backyard. Large outdoor shed for storage.
