Hi, we are looking for a clean, friendly, responsible, chill roommate to join our spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bath house. Includes a nice backyard with a patio that you can see Mt. St. Helens from. Rent is month-to-month and is $620/month. Includes all utilities, except internet ($25/month). We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Must be 420 friendly, or at least okay with the smell. Alcohol is OK and having friends over is okay, but this is not a party house by any means. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person (me). Ideally we’re looking for someone who enjoys a clean and tidy bathroom environment. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to two parks and a bus-stop. There’s a Winco grocery store and a Costco nearby as well.

There are currently 4 people living in the house (3 males, 1 female). We are all relatively low-key, chill people busy in our own lives with work or school. We are all in our 20’s/30’s. I’m a full-time college student attending MHCC, pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Jake is a freelance illustrator, gamer and works for Uber. Nathan works a day job and when he’s not working he’s usually at home playing video games in the living room. He also plays the drums. Melissa works at New Seasons and is currently attending PSU and is in her last semester of college. We are typical homebodies. During the week I spend most of my time in my back office doing homework, playing guitar, or exercising. There’s a small dog living here, so unfortunately no other dogs are allowed, but we are open to cats. This room would be perfect for a college student, or someone who values their privacy where no one will bother them and wants a space to unwind and relax. We also welcome someone who is always on-the-go and needs a private room where they can safely store their belongings. We’re ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and willing to contribute to the upkeep of the house. Our house is friendly and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values.
