Looking for two roomies in a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apt! The rooms are $1250 & $1300 including utilities, except for internet. The apt includes a W/D, dishwasher, and each room has an ac unit already installed (4 in total). The living space and kitchen are very open and get a lot of natural sunlight. Target and Trader Joes are about a 20-25min walk away or you can hop on the C. Please note, the apartment will not be furnished like shown in photos and rooms will be unfurnished.

I am 28 years old and work full time as an Esthetician. I have a strict schedule and wake up very early so I would love a chill roommate that doesn’t bring the party home. I am from Seattle WA and just moved to NY about 6 months ago! On my off days I really like to explore the city, eat good food, watch bravo, read and recharge! I am very clean and tidy and my space definitely reflects that. My ideal roomie is also clean, respects common spaces and doesn’t work from home. No couples please. I would love to grow my girl gang in NYC as I’m new to the city!
