Looking for one roommate only; no couples or kids. Would feel most comfortable with a female; however LGBTQ+ welcome. You will have a private unfurnished bedroom with walk in closet and your own private full bath. Bathroom is right outside of your room but no one will use it besides you. I have 3 very sweet cats so I prefer someone without pets but am open to discussing other pets depending on the circumstances. For example, the pet would stay mostly in your room, be kept up to date on all vaccines and be on monthly flea/tick/parasite prevention. I am very cleanly and would prefer someone who is the same. Rent is $2,760 total, split in two comes to $1,380 each. This is not a sublet. The apartment complex does not allow sublets. You will be added to the lease as a co-tenant. However, there are ways to have someone released from the lease early if need be. For example, finding a suitable roommate replacement to take over their responsibilty on the lease or the roommate whom wishes to remain would have the authority to sign the roommate wishing to leave off of the lease. The second option is a little more invovled though and I can explain further once we chat but my point is that there are options should someone need to leave earlier than the full lease term. Utilities/SDGE/Internet typically range between $300-$400 per month total so split in two is aproximately $100-$200 per month each. Overall great complex with a ton of amenities. Some of my favorites are the tennis/volley ball court, hot tub, swimming pool, bbq/picnic area, fitness center. Laundry room is right across from us and it’s on the second floor. Great location less than 2 miles from the beach!
