I’m looking for a roommate who can pay other half which would be 903 including everything! There is an online application that includes a background check.
I work at the dealership nearby and I ‘m an Ocean Rescue lifeguard for Volusia County Beach Safety Headquarters and a Personal Trainer. I’m looking for someone who is in their upper twenties to thirties. I need someone who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, and who is considerate and clean. Only serious inquiries. Positive and healthy people please:)
I really like the location, my work is around the corner! The beach is 10 minutes away and I-95 is 2 minutes away. Grocery Stores are very close as well. Downtown New Smyrna Beach is very close as well!
The Base pay is 1606, which you divide this by 2, then add wi-fi and utilities and you get 903 per month.
The room size is medium and you will have your own closet and your own bathroom/shower. See less
