Looking for a female roommate.

I am offering a big move-in special! Rent will be just $1000 per month, while home is being renovated. On top of this, the current tenant is moving out today, but is paid till the 20th, so the room is available to move in immediately for just the cost of the remaining 10 days ($333) of the month she is not paid up for, plus deposit. I can split up the deposit, to make it easier.

This room is 150 sq. ft. Lowest rent for this neighborhood by far. Room has a full private kitchenette with cooktop/hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, a medium size fridge, and a toaster oven/air fryer. Shared bathroom.

5 minutes from the University of Miami. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bus stops. Furnished, off street parking, laundry, free wifi, and utilities. By SW 48th Ter and SW 67th Ave.

Part of the home is still being redecorated. It’s mostly just finishing furnishing, and some painting, that is left to do inside the home. There is a shared living room, and there will be an enclosed patio with a sitting area, workout area, and kitchen area with a regular stove.
