My current roommate is moving to another state to purse his music career so I’m looking for a working professional to rent a room and a bath. I have no racial/gender preferences. I’d prefer someone in their 20’s. No couple. Quiet and friendly community. Amenities: dog park, pet station, gym, jacuzzi pool, heated pool, lounges, view deck. All utilities are included except parking is extra $100/month. The appartment is around 1100sqft. Hard floor throughout the entire appartment. Your bedroom is around 10x11 sqft. It has a lot of sunlight as it has direct access to the shared balcony and facing sunrise. Bath is also spacious with a walk-in shower. Ten mins walk from Amazon offices/SLU. 5 mins walk from Pike Market/convenience stores/restaurants/clubs/cafes, etc…I can schedule a coffee chat, give you a tour around the apartment complex and your room as well.
