South Maryland Parkway

The rent is 1400 but we’d split it halfway so 700 each, the 500 deposit is to account for next month since this month is already paid for, rent is due on the first, I do have a dog that doesn’t get along with dogs so if you have one please skip this room, background check is required, the room is really spacious and you’d have your own bathroom but the shower is kinda small, washer and dryer included, dishwasher and a lot of counter space, it’s a great area and it’s safe, couples are okay and any decorations are welcome and if we need to move around any of mine than that’s okay! I’m just looking for someone who’s easy going that I can trust and open communication is key, if I’m doing something you don’t like all you have to do is tell me and we can work it out!

My community is super quiet well besides the birds in the morning but we have a bunch of grass and trees so it’s good for talking a walk in the morning, it’s close to a bunch of different stores and grocery stores, there were damages left by the previous owner before this lease but anything that’s not up to standard I am able to fix and repair it!
