Jarrod's room

2 Bed 2 Bath apartment near UB north campus, partially furnished in shared space but the bedroom is unfurnished. Property has its own gym, central air, dishwasher and garbage disposal, in unit washer dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Water is included, gas and electric are not included, I can provide receipts of the last few months living if people wanted to see estimates for utilities.

I do not have any other roommates on the property. I am a graduate student at UB getting my Master’s in Biology. I am a very clean person, and would hope my roommate would be the same, at least keeping the common areas clean/ clean it together. I am studying or in class most of the days of the week, and when I am home I like to watch TV, relax, or work on some schoolwork
