The apartment has super nice facilities.. You would have access to a pool, a huge dog park, and a very nice gym. It is located very close to a military base, restaurants, and grocery stores. Internet and valet trash are included, however, water and electricity will be an additional cost that we would be splitting.

Hello everyone! My name is Ri’Maku and I am looking for a new roommate to live with me in my lovely Augusta apartment. My current roommate is unfortunately having to move back to their hometown for work so that is why the room is currently furnished in the photos! I am a very kind and empathetic person. I keep the apartment clean and am great at keeping up with the dishes. I prefer to live with someone who is at least 25 years or older. I tend to go to bed around ~10 PM on weekdays as I have to wake up early for work.
