Grace's room

3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood in Grover beach available April 1st. The rent will be $1200 plus utilities split three ways. The room has a private bathroom and sliding door to the backyard (you could use as private entrance). The kitchen and living room are shared and open to collaboration on decorating. Looking for a young professional that is financially stable, respectful, and open minded.

Current tenants are two 19 year old females (my close friend and I) we are both creative and love to laugh. We would like to keep the space clean and maintain good energy in the house. There are two dogs and one cat living there with us who are very friendly. Unfortunately we cannot have anymore pets. We like to play music and dance around the house and want a third roomate that we can feel comfortable and form a friendship with. We want our house to feel like a home with the freedom of expression and no judgment. We’d love to meet potential candidates for coffee and see if we all mesh well.
