My roommate & I live here currently. We do have cats and a dog. LGBT+ friendly. It is a shared bathroom with another roommate. She’s super sweet and clean. We are a mix of full time workers and students so the house is usually quiet since we’re all on different schedules. Everyone keeps their own spaces clean. But we share responsibility for the shared spaces. Kitchen is probably the only space that ever gets messy or cluttered because we all love to cook.
