It is furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, and lots of closet space to store belongings. It has a separate private entrance with a spiral staircase directly to the sunroom. This very friendly, cozy, and safe suite is in a quiet location, centrally located close to major highways, and comes with lots of windows.

We are just 1 block from Bellview Square (shopping and dining), within minutes only to access I-25, I-225 freeways, RTD train stations for public transportation, Denver Tech Center (DTC), Cherry Creek School, hiking and biking trails, and within short walking distance to the outdoor adventures of the Cherry Creek Reservoir. This location has it all to make you enjoy this studio and be close to everything fun: work, entertainment, and outdoor.

This unit rented for 6 months or longer or 1 monthly lease. The monthly rate is $1,600 per month with 6 months minimum commitment or $1,800 with month-to-month rent. The additional weekly rate is $500 per week or a portion of it. We live in the great quiet and safe neighborhood in Greenwood Village, one block from Denver. My family and I love outdoor hiking and traveling during the summer. We often ski and visit the gym during the winter. My kids are in high school/college and busy but very respectful.
