Looking for a female roommate Small or medium sized dogs or cats are allowed. Long-term renters preferred, short-term renters welcome.

I have a furnished bedroom in a 3 bed 2 bath home. The bedroom size is 11.3’ by 10.4’. Bathroom is across hall. Bathroom is not shared since only master and 1 bedroom will be occupied. Other is a guest bedroom.

The house is in a great location in Cypress Gardens area of Winter Haven. Located less than 10 minutes away from Walmart and Publix.

Without Pet: Rent is $800/month. First month rent and $400 refundable security deposit is due when moving in.

With Pet: Rent is $825/month. First month rent and $400 security deposit is due when moving in. $300 out of the $400 is refundable. Small and medium sized dogs and cats are welcome. One pet per renter is preferred. More than one pet is negotiable. Please clean up after your pet.

Rent includes: Water, Electric, Internet, Trash, Recycling, Kitchen Use, Access to Washer and Dryer

I do background checks.

I have a 9 year old shihtzu pomeranian mix. She loves to cuddle. She’s a huge fan of cats. She doesn’t mind other dogs.
