Jay's room

The house is located close to gate 10, roughly about 15-20 min from the gate. Perfect for military personnel stationed in Fort Campbell. Will share bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The rent includes electric, water, and internet. I will also take care of lawn care and weekly garbage pick up and in addition to the utilities the house has washer and dryer available for everyone to use. Rooms come with a mini fridge. Room can be furnished with a bed or empty for you to bring your own stuff. Rent is due every 1st of the month and the room is available now. Roomies are very down to earth, keep to ourselves, quiet, literally just work, home and mind their own business, looking to keep the nice and quiet vibe as well. Typical here and there good times around for sure but ideally respect each others stuff and always looking out for each other.
