I have one remodeled bedroom available for month to month or temporary rent in my home starting immediately. The inside of the house was remodeled a few years ago. Looking for a dependable, very clean, and respectful renter.

NO ANIMALS. NO KIDS. NO COUPLES.

House includes ALL utilities, wifi, water, parking, etc. for $110

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is occupied by myself. I’m working professionals in my early 30s.

The room shares a bathroom with one other person. Guests are okay, but no parties.

All personal items will need to fit and remain in the space being rented. You will have some access to the kitchen and laundry room, but the actual space for rent is just the room.
