In your Large room. I have a full sized bed, older dresser, night stand. Extra T.V. or you can bring your own furniture. I’m 62 and I stay in my room most of the time. I’m clean, quite, respectful, and easy to get along with. I have one small chinese crested old rescued dog. He is clean and quite. Rent is $800.00 a month. Plus 1/2 of Electric each month. You have run of the house meaning, shared kitchen, I don’t use the living room much, we would share the bathroom. I’m clean and respectful of others.

This is a two bedroom more like a Duplex but listed as an apartment. I’m living there with one small clean dog.
