I’m a young at heart early 40s, self-employed writer and digital marketing business owner. I dog here …very nice smaller shepherd mix. My daughter stays here a couple of weekends a month so I would prefer to have a single female. Guess are allowed but sleepovers of over 2 nights require my permission. Could use help around the home and with dog if you want to reduce rent. Thanks!
