Kitchen and living room is shared with the home owner. Back to OPEN SPACE! Very quiet and safe neighborhood, close to ranches and parks that’s perfect for outdoor activities. Close to I-25, Hwy-52, and schools, shopping malls. Convenient to cities of Frederick, Firestone, Loveland, Longmont, Thornton, Denver, Brighton, etc.
I live in the house with my partner and we are very quiet and flexible. We are looking to rent out the extra rooms to singles/couples needing a space to stay long-term. We prefer 12 months minimum stay. Please contact us for a showing of our rooms and we can discuss further if there is an interest.
