5 minutes from Magic Kingdom in the beautiful town of Windermere. You can see the fireworks every night. I have a 2 car garage, so you can have one of the spots. I have 2 extra bedrooms (pick whichever one you want) and a private bathroom that goes with it. Both are furnished, but I can remove whatever you don’t need. Washer/Dryer upstairs with bedrooms. All utilities are included.

Hi, my name is Brian and I am originally from Philadelphia. I’ve lived in this residence by myself for 2 years. I am recently divorced and have a daughter who just started college in Ft Myers. If I’m not working, I’m usually on the golf course. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’m very clean and rarely have people over. I’m very easy to get along with. Oh, and I have a hilarious dog named Rocky.
