Talyah's room

Hi there. I have a three-bedroom house that I want to split with a housemate. My last one just moved out after 2 years to move in with the boyfriend. We had no issues while she was here. I have four cats in good health, and I have a housekeeper hired to keep on top of the mess, but a housemate would have to be okay with litter boxes and the occasional cat puke that I can’t get to until I got home from work. Cats will not be allowed in your rooms, both rooms included in the price, if you want it.

All utilities and internet included, but depending on fuel costs, landlord might ask for a little bit extra in the winter, maybe around fifty$ for every month we plug in. In the winter you can shovel or split the cost with me to pay for snow removal. There’s two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one in the basement, both shared. Washer and dryer included. Driveway space with plug-in included. Full large kitchen and large living room shared. There is a bed in one bedroom but if you don’t want it, it can be moved out. The only thing the housekeeper doesn’t do is take out the trash so I would ask that a housemate help with that.

I am a moderately clean person but I’m also known to have to work a lot of overtime without warning so things can get a little messy during those times. Not a party house, no drugs, no smoking, but occasional/social drinking okay. Looking for someone who is low-key and isn’t going to have a lot of overnight guests. No couples please. I’m a major nerd, lots of internet stuff. I like to hang out in the living room watching star trek after work. I work for the State
