Ready for move-in April 1! Our wonderful roommate is moving out, so we are two ladies seeking a third roommate to join us in our beautiful, rent-controlled 3 bed, 2 bath home in the Sunset! We are both clean, considerate, and tidy people and are looking for the same in a roommate.

ABOUT THE ROOM

• Bedroom will be unfurnished
• Fits queen size bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, and includes a good-size closet
• Share a bathroom with one other female roommate
• Bathroom has a full-size tub and a skylight

• Beautiful, large modern kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a skylight.
• Furnished living room with a faux fireplace and lots of natural light!
• Gorgeous wood floors throughout the entire home
• Shared storage closet space available
• Very easy street parking! There are always spots open.
• Washer and dryer on-site in the garage (free, not coin-operated)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

• Walking distance to Stern Grove Park and Lake Merced
• Walking distance to Lakeshore Shopping Plaza (Lucky’s, Ross, UPS, Chipotle, etc).
• 4 min drive or 20 min walk to Ocean Beach
• 4 min drive or 20 min walk to Stonestown Galleria (Target, Trader Joe’s, etc).
• Great spot for those looking to live in a safe, quiet part of the city but still be close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and Stonestown mall.

-Utilities (Water, PG&E) and Internet are split monthly between tenants.

THE ROOMMATES

• Mary: 32 Female, high school English teacher, enjoys going to the farmer’s market and binge-watching all the latest HBO shows.
• Elena: 33 Female, eyelash technician, enjoys spending time with friends and watching The Bachelor.

Both of us are on the quieter side and enjoy relaxing at home when we aren’t working. We keep things pretty clean and share house chores, so looking for someone willing to do the same.
