Settled in the bend of a safe circle in North Stockton, near Thorton and Whistler, not too far from 8 Mile Rd, and within walking distance of a bus stop. A 2100sqft suburban house, 4 bdrm 2.5 bath, with a very artistic flair once you walk inside.

Looking to rent this room with the right person, preferably femme-presenting or an lGBTQ+ ally, who will contribute to a clean, chill, and positive communal living environment. Formally well loved by a Stockton Artist and her kids, this home has wall murals, unique details, a 3-sided climbing wall, furnished living room, dining room, two refrigerators, piano, hidden back nook for extra couches/TV space, laundry room, and a large open kitchen. There’s space in the garage for bikes and storage, a workbench and shelves for tools.

The bedroom for rent is roughly 10’x10’, with a detachable closet, (used to be a loft so no closet), vaulted ceilings and a shared bathroom with two others. Garden beds are ready for planting, several fruit trees throughout the yard, cascading succulents, garden shed, overall a large yard with a fire pit area, grass, and a place for BBQ.

The current tenants are all independent and to varying degrees enjoy both outdoor adventures or chilling with movies. They have created a clean and friendly living environment and it’s important to make sure you’re a good fit for the group. Looking for a clean and stable, non-smoker, queer/ally friendly person willing to contribute to a drama-free environment. Ideally someone who enjoys gardening and climbing walls.

Currently 2 roommates in the hall bedrooms and one in the master room. All together they share house tasks and get a long.
