Rochester Street

Located right off Newport Blvd and Rochester a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home. Rent includes bedroom downstairs, located off the garage with own 1/2 bath and shared bathroom with one other girl. Free range of all common areas. We have washer and dryer in the attached garage, tile floor through out the living room and kitchen, wifi, etc. We have no problem sharing anything in the common areas, as long as you’re respectful.

Utilities run about $50-$100 a month (depending on how long the AC is running in the summer months). We’re only asking for first months rent, and a small refundable deposit ($650) upon move in. Current roommate will be moving out April 1st.

This is a drug free home and, so sorry, but no pets.

We’re looking for someone around 25-35 years old with a full time and secure job.

We are 26 and 33 years old. We normally work 7am-5pm every weekday, so weekdays are pretty quiet. However, we do like to go out and have fun on the weekends. We only live a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, cheap Uber ride to Newport/Huntington which is a great plus! We love music, traveling, working out, hanging out with friends… basic awesome things.
