the duplex is in Tiffin, Iowa and is about 2,300sqft, plus a backyard and deck! the unit was built in 2017 and has 4bed all with walk in closets, 3 full baths, central air and heating, and in unit washer and dryer! we have two bedrooms open, one for $430 plus utilities and the other for $450 plus utilities! no security deposit because our dad owns the property, so you won’t have to deal with rental companies either! :)

we are pretty social and enjoy having friends over but also vaule our personal space. we enjoy having get togethers with our friends and hosting guests rather than going to the bars. brie is a vocal performance major and is often playing music or singing around the house. i’m a psych and art major and often have an art project or two laying around. we both work quite a bit and are pretty busy with other responsibilities. we both enjoy playing video games, dnd, and watching bad tv shows along with other nerdy things. we’re are hoping to find roommates who share similar left leaning values and home lives. we have lived together since 2019 and really value open communication between roommates to avoid conflict. we’re open to pets but are both allergic to cats. we are open to anyone reaching out with questions or wanting to chat more! feel free to share and send this to anyone who might be interested!
