This is a single room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern apartment house. The room comes with a large modern private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer. Kitchen is shared and living room area. The other room is occupied but a single IT professional who is very quiet and hardly at home. The room is large enough to carry a full size bed dressers and still have space for an office table or recliner if you prefer . Water and light Bills are shared. NO SMOKING. I’m a single young professional. I’m quiet and fun to be one. Hardly at home cuz i work round the clock. I like it super clean. I enjoy music and movies though i hardly have time for it. When I’m home i study. I would like a working personal to share this very cozy and classy apartment with me.
