About the roomies
All roomies are very nice people that are either students going to school or working full time jobs. Our students are concentrated on homework and university work. This gorgeous house is in a very safe neighborhood in the city of Long Beach on the far east side of the city near El Dorado Park. Major cross streets are Wardlow & Studebaker Rd. Excellent neighbors in this area who are pleasant and always willing to give a kind word and a smile:) Monthly rent is $980.00 per month.
BASIC HOUSE RULES: No animals/pets. No illegal drugs. No smoking, vaping, or hookah in the house, however, it is permitted on the front porch or patio. No overnight guests
