You’ll get a large private bedroom with a walk-in closet and private full bath. We’ve got the corner unit on the row of townhouses so we only share one wall with our neighbors, which is very well soundproofed and insulated. The HOA takes care of all of the lawn maintenance, and the neighborhood offers a private lake, two golf courses, three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and regular community events. The neighbors are all very friendly.

I’m a 25 single guy working at a local CPA firm. I have no dogs or cats. I’m pretty laid back and easy going and tend to get along with most people. I work a lot and I like to exercise so I’m away from home often.
